Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days before shipping. Please add this to the estimated delivery times for the chosen ship method. We do our best to ship standard overnight orders within the same business day if the product is in stock and the order is received by 10 AM PST. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the Monday of the following week.

Shipping Options and Costs

KabobMaster offers three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight. Shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on live rates from our logistics partners. 

Please Note: P.O. Boxes are not accepted for Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, or International ship methods.

International Orders

We ship internationally using DHL and USPS. All International orders may be subjected to clearance, duties, taxes, or any destination fees (Customs) which are not included in the freight charges on your order. These Customs charges are controlled by the receiving country and are charged accordingly. KabobMaster does not collect these funds nor do we pay them for you. Please check with your local customs agency for more details.

Inspection

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all packages and boxes upon arrival. Failure to do so will limit the customer from recovery for undiscovered damages. As per the policies and regulations of the freight companies, shipping liability is transferred to the customer once goods are delivered and signed for. Please do not automatically assume that the contents of your packages are undamaged, simply because the boxes appear intact. Even if the truck driver is impatient or rushed, please keep in mind that this transfer of liability is taking place, making the customer ultimately responsible for undiscovered damages.
