The KabobMaster Stone Series Grills are charcoal grills designed to be installed in outdoor kitchens and BBQ islands. The grills are designed to fit seemlessly within a countertop rectangular cutout as a “built in grill.” Once installed the grill must be lined with “fireproof bricks”. (Fireproof bricks not included).
The grill features a 12 gauge galvanized steel fire box, with stainless steel lid, flange and handle. The fire box is built from a single sheet with 90 degree bends on all four sides to prevent bending and warping from any heat source.
All grills come with a notched frame (skewer slots) on the front and rear sides to accomodate holding skewers in multiple positions.
The “P” option denotes the circular punches which are added for ease of integration with the KabobMaster Rotisseries. They are NOT necessary, unless you will be using the optional automatic rotisserie.
Use of wood, charcoal and mesquite woods are suitable and recommended heat sources for all KabobMaster Grills.
